Wood Adds Another Accolade, Named 2nd Team All-America By Football Gazette

WESTMONT, IL - Christopher Newport linebacker Justin Wood was named Second Team All-America by Don Hansen's National Weekly Football Gazette this week.

Wood, a senior from Hampton, VA, finished his outstanding career with numerous accolades. He was named First Team All-America by the American Football Coaches Association and earned a spot in the 2005 Aztec Bowl. He was a First Team All-USA South choice and led the Captains in tackles for the fourth straight season. He was also a Third Team All-South Region choice by D3football.com and First Team All-State selection.
