Football Moves Up Three Spots To 21st In Latest D3football.com Poll

STERLING, VA - Christopher Newport's football team jumped three spots in this week's D3football.com Top 25 poll released Sunday night.

The Captains, coming off a 17-3 win at Shenandoah, the first win in program history on the road against Shenandoah, were ranked 24th in last week's poll. Last week's ranking of 24th was the first time CNU had been in the top 25 all season.

Christopher Newport, 3-1 overall and 1-0 in the USA South, return to action this Saturday as they host Greensboro College with kick-off set for 1 pm.
