Baseball Ranked Sixth In Latest ABCA South Region Poll

ALLENTOWN, PA - Christopher Newport's baseball team entered the American Baseball Coaches Association's South Region poll at number six, the ABCA announced Monday afternoon.

The Captains are 20-10 overall and finished USA South play with a record of 10-7. CNU is the third seed in this weekend's USA South Conference Tournament in Danville, VA. The Captains will play the winner of the play-in game between Shenandoah and Averett Friday at 1:15 pm at Dan Daniel Park.
