Anna Stout And Amber Marsh Named To NFHCA Division III Academic Squad

GLEN ALLEN, VA - Two Christopher Newport field hockey players were named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association's Academic squad, the NFCHA announced.

Freshman Anna Stout, an attack/midfielder from Fredericksburg, VA and Amber Marsh, a junior defender/midfielder from Spotsylvania, VA each earned a spot on the team.

Stout is a Chemistry major who had a 3.74 grade point average in her first semester at Christopher Newport. Stout saw action in four games this year in her first collegiate season.

Marsh is a Physics major who has a cumulative grade point average of 3.53 and finished with a 3.55 GPA last semester. She saw action in five games this season and recorded one assist.
