Women's Tennis Ranked In ITA's Fall Regional Rankings

NEWPORT NEWS, VA - Christopher Newport's women's tennis team and two players are ranked in the ITA's Fall Regional Rankings released last week.

The Lady Captains, coming off last spring's USA South Tournament Championship, are ranked 13th in the Atlantic South Regional Poll.

No. 1 singles player Lindsey Pantele is ranked 42nd in singles while she and doubles partner Stefanie Leblang are ranked 33rd in doubles.

CNU kicks off the 2007 season on Saturday, February 17 when they travel to Chowan with start time set for 1 pm.
