LACROSSE FALLS AT GOUCHER 13-4

TOWSON, MD – CNU’s lacrosse team dropped to 0-4 on the year with a 13-4 loss at Goucher Sunday afternoon.

The Lady Gophers stormed out to a 10-0 halftime lead, and extended it to 12-0 before Kristyn Hankins broke the shutout with 6:05 left in the game. Elaine Kirby scored the last three CNU tallies.

Goucher out shot the Lady Captains 38-26. Elizabeth Werbiskis had 11 saves in goal.

The Lady Captains return to action Tuesday as they host Lynchburg with start time set for 4 pm.
