LACROSSE FALLS TO FROSTBURG ST. 17-3

NEWPORT NEWS, VA – CNU’s lacrosse team dropped a 17-3 decision Sunday afternoon at home to Frostburg St.

Natalie Musashe, Lacey Milburn and Sally Allstadt each had one goal for the Lady Captains. Hadley Silver and Laura each added one assist.

Erin Bell had four saves in goal and Elizabeth Werbiskis added six saves.

CNU out ground balled FSU 29-15 but were out shot 28-12.

The Lady Captains are now 1-2 and return to action this Wednesday at home as they host VA Wesleyan at 4 pm.
