LACROSSE FALLS AT ROANOKE 12-2

SALEM, VA – CNU’s lacrosse team dropped a 12-2 decision at Roanoke Sunday afternoon.

The Lady Captains trailed 7-2 at the half and allowed five second half goals to the Lady Maroons.

Elaine Kirby and Amy Zucharo each had one goal for CNU. Kristen Conques added one assist.

Elizabeth Werbiskis finished with 10 saves.

The Lady Captains are now 2-5 overall and 1-0 in the USA South.

CNU returns to action this Thursday as they travel to Randolph-Macon with start time set for 4 pm.
