CNU TRACK HAS TWO INDIVIDUALS QUALIFY FOR DIVISION III INDOOR NATIONALS AT VMI MEET

LEXINGTON, VA – CNU’s men’s and women’s track team each had one individual qualitfier for the Division III Indoor National Meet this past Saturday.

Laneatra Johnson placed first in the triple jump with a distance of 37 feet and 2 and three-quarters which earned her a qualifier. Steve Roberts also earned an automatic qualifier into nationals in the triple jump with a distance of 47 feet 10 inches.

Also, Stephanie Andrews placed first in the 200 meter dash in a time of 26:32.
