SOFTBALL SWEEPS CHOWAN, 10-0 AND 4-3, AS CERAMI WINS BOTH
  MURFREESBORO, N.C. – The softball team beat the rain and swept a doubleheader at Chowan Thursday, 10-0 in five innings and 4-3.
  In the opener CNU jumped out quickly with five runs in the first inning and Donna Cerami limited the Braves to just two hits. Stacey Hundley was 2-4, Jen Harrell 2-4 and Jennifer Nowacki 3-3 with a double.
  In game two Cerami picked up the win in relief and was supported by Hundley, who was 2-3 with a double. Cerami now has a 14-4 record and the Lady Captains are 18-8-1. They travel to Eastern Mennonite Friday.
